Natalia Janssen Samper has a diverse work experience in various industries. Natalia started their career as a Human Resources & Payroll Trainee at Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos I in 2017, where they were responsible for payroll processing and managing employee records. In 2018, they joined Talent Search People as an International Recruitment Specialist, handling the full cycle recruiting process for diverse profiles. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Conference Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, overseeing meeting activities and coordinating client requests. Currently, Natalia holds the position of Lead Data Analyst at AirDNA, utilizing their technical skills to analyze data and provide insights.
