Igor Ferreira has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Igor started their career at Swissport as a Passenger Service Agent from June 2010 to August 2011. Igor then joined DiamondAir International as a VIP Travel Service Agent from April 2013 to May 2014.
In 2014, they joined AirPortr as a Customer Service Manager, where they worked from May 2014 to April 2016. Igor then progressed to the role of Assistant Head of Operations, starting in May 2016 until December 2018. From there, they were promoted to Head of Operations, a position they currently hold.
Igor Ferreira earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from the University of East London, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they obtained the Essential Management Course certification from MTD Training in February 2020 and the ECDL certification from the University of East London in May 2010.
