Morgaine Sandona has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Morgaine began their career at Sydney Water, where they worked as a Business Analyst and later became a Continuous Improvement Project & Change Manager, focusing on process improvement and change management. Morgaine also served as a Project Manager for various projects, including the organization's health, safety, and wellbeing strategy.
Morgaine then moved to Qantas, where they worked as a Change Manager and later as the Lead Qantas Airways HR PMO & Change. Morgaine played a key role in the Learning and Development Transformation Program, leading cultural change and integration efforts among different training teams.
Morgaine also gained experience at Jetstar Airways, where they worked as a Change Portfolio Manager and later as a Project Lead, overseeing system implementation and roster satisfaction improvement initiatives for the Cabin Crew and Pilots.
Morgaine then joined Lonsec as a Program Change Manager, contributing to their digital transformation efforts.
Morgaine also worked at Coca-Cola Amatil as a Continuous Improvement Lead - Supply Chain.
Currently, they are working at Airservices Australia, where they hold multiple roles, including Head Of Learning & Assurance, Service Delivery Transformation Change Lead, and Enterprise Lead - Change Manager. Morgaine leads the Change Management Centre of Excellence function and delivers high impact change programs.
Aside from their professional experience, Morgaine also founded a company called Second Breakfast, where they serve as a Founder & Illustrator.
Morgaine Sandona obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Supply Chain Management from Deakin University between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from UNSW Business School from 2014 to 2016. Their undergraduate education includes a Bsc. in Urban Ecology from the University of Technology Sydney, completed between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have additional certifications in Managing Benefits from APMG International and Lean Six Sigma from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
