About Strategy Department The airSlate Strategy department leads monetization and product-led growth strategies and analytics across airSlate's product suite. This includes owning the pricing strategy, the product-qualified leads upsell strategy, and key strategic monetization and go-to-market initiatives. The department also aims to provide product, marketing, and executive teams with useful insights, segmentation, user behavior, and North Star metrics to improve the performance and effectiveness of teams across the company.

And now, we are looking for a Data Analyst who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.

What you'll be working on:

  • Contribution to strategic projects such as Pricing, Monetization, and Business model changes
  • Forecasting metrics, building scenario analysis
  • Building ML models to support strategic projects, including churn prediction, LTV prediction, recommendation systems
  • Digging deeper into the business context to ideate and analyze potential changes
  • Bringing some technological improvements to the team and market best practices
  • Support other teams on quality control, conduct code review, share best practices, and contribute to organizational changes to reach higher efficiency.

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or data scientist
  • Solid Python and SQL skills
  • Experience with Redshift and AWS Airflow is a plus
  • Experience with BI systems (Amazon QuickSight is a plus)
  • Knowledge of classical ML
  • Experience with SaaS products and understanding of key business metrics such as LTV, conversion rate, churn rate, etc
  • Solid knowledge of applied statistics (experience with A/B tests is a big plus)
  • High results track records, experience in delivering projects from idea to result
  • Team lead experience is a plus
