Isa Notermans

Isa Notermans has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Most recently, in 2022, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Airtasker. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Global Head of People & Culture at Linktree, where they focused on connecting audiences to creators' content.

From 2016 to 2021, Isa held the position of Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Spotify, working to promote diversity and inclusion within the company. Prior to that, they worked at Pandora from 2014 to 2016, first as a Human Resources professional in NYC and later as the HR Director for ANZ.

In 2013, Isa was the Head of Human Resources & Business Operations at DesignCrowd, overseeing all HR policies and procedures. They also had significant experience at Google Asia Pacific, where they worked in various roles, including APAC Diversity, Culture & Inclusion (HR) Business Partner.

Isa began their career in 2004 as an English Language Teacher at NOVA Japan and has since gained experience in recruitment, learning & development, talent acquisition, and people programs.

Isa Notermans attended Monash University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Medical Sciences, Psychology, and Philosophy, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts and Physiological Sciences.
