Cathy Ochwo

Cathy Ochwo began their work experience in 2008 as an external auditor at Ernst & Young, where they planned and conducted audits and coordinated team members' work. Cathy then worked as an auditor and later as an audit supervisor at PKF from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they joined African Queen Limited as the Head of Internal Audit until 2016. From 2017 to 2022, Cathy served as the Credit and Risk Manager at African Queen No 1 Distributor Limited. Currently, they are the Head of Accounts Payable at Airtel Uganda, starting in 2022.

Cathy Ochwo holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from ACCA, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Makerere University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Before attending university, they attended Makerere College School from 2002 to 2003, where they pursued a PEM/A degree in PEM.
