Francis Muhanuka

Francis Muhanuka is an accomplished Radio Planning and Optimisation Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently employed at Airtel Uganda since July 2015, Francis is responsible for radio planning and optimisation. Previously, Francis held the role of Team Leader for Radio Planning and Optimisation at Africell Uganda, and served as a Radio Design and Optimisation Engineer at Orange Uganda, where key responsibilities included RF design, site upgrades, and drive test analysis. Early career experience includes a Management Trainee position at Uganda Telecom Ltd and monitoring and customer service at Bankom Uganda. Francis holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute, and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Makerere University.
