We are a dynamically growing company in the Air Chartering business with a diverse fleet operating worldwide. AirX is looking for a creative Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Department reporting directly to our CEO. In this role, you will be developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of our brand and services. The position is based in London, UK.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of managing our brands’ social media channels to enhance our presence and engagement.

  • Responsible for the development and continuous evolution of our digital brochure.

  • Conducting comprehensive pre- and post- campaign analysis, reporting findings, and integrating key insights into future strategies.

  • Lead the implementation and development of SEO strategies to expand the Company’s online presence.

  • Analysing trends and incorporating them into social strategies.

  • Developing and implementing a distribution and amplification plan to maximise the reach and impact of Social Media content.

  • Recommend and develop strategies to improve open-rate, click-through rates, lead conversion, engagement and retention.

  • Continuously analyse marketing data to adjust strategies and improve performance.

  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to the Operational Board to ensure transparency and financial accountability.

  • Collaborating closely with our PR company to prepare for events once selected.

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager.

  • Experienced in Adobe Software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and other relevant design software.

  • Proficiency in website maintenance and management (WordPress).

  • Exceptional text writing skills for creating compelling and effective marketing content.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, with a result-oriented mindset.

  • Deep understanding of social media and proficiency in digital marketing tools.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing and able to travel internationally, as may be required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
