Thibaut Gautier

Thibaut Gautier is a commercial export manager specializing in the West African market for industrial baking, milling, and pasta industries at AIT Ingredients since September 2023. Prior experience includes leading diversification activities in cocoa, pepper, flour, and banana sales at Compagnie Fruitière in Cameroon in 2022. Thibaut has also worked as a field sales specialist at Too Good To Go, promoting food waste reduction, and held various roles in sales and customer relations, including at Adecco, Sheefoo App, and The Coca-Cola Company. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Economics from IÉSEG School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Groupe ISM.
