Annie Joseph

Annie Joseph is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and team performance coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at AIT Resource Group, Inc. since October 2019, Annie is responsible for designing and implementing recruiting strategies, developing job descriptions, screening candidates, and facilitating new employee onboarding. Prior to this role, Annie worked at InnovIT USA from January 2018 to September 2019, initially as a Coordinator focused on team development and coaching, and later as an IT Recruiter where responsibilities included posting resumes and marketing candidates for job openings.
