Philip Waite

Philip Waite has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Philip is currently a Governor at Bradfield College. In terms of their professional experience, they worked at Aitchison Raffety, where they held several positions including Managing Director, Group Operations Director, Group Director, Director, Associate Director, and Senior Surveyor. At Aitchison Raffety, they were responsible for developing employees, driving efficiency within teams, managing risk, and utilizing technology for innovative solutions. Philip was also the Head of the Western Office at Stokenchurch and Head of the Healthcare and Education specialist teams. Philip Waite served as a Governor at St Andrews School, Berkshire, where they were a Trustee and a member of the finance committee responsible for property and IT. Philip was also the Vice Chairman and later became the Chair of the Committee of St Andrews Governors within the Bradfield Group. Additionally, they held the position of Director at BHSE Chilterns Business Park Management Co Ltd and was a Governor and Chairman of Finance at Hatherop Castle School. Earlier in their career, they worked at the Valuation Office Agency as a Senior Valuer in the Specialist Rating Unit.

Philip Waite attended the University of Plymouth from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors degree in Geography. Following that, from 1990 to 1992, they enrolled at the University College of Estate Management and earned a Diploma in Surveying (DipSurv).
