Esko Anetjärvi

Esko Anetjärvi has a long history of working in the quality management field. Esko began their career in 1995 at Nokia as a Quality Manager in the Reliability Analysis and Development (RAD) team. Esko then moved into a Project Manager role in the Technology Platforms' Audio Earpiece and Speaker Maintenance team. In 1998, they became an Audio Designer in Phone Programs and a Design Engineer in Research and Developing Audio and Accessory team. In 2014, they joined Microsoft as a Quality Manager, Reporting. In 2018, they began working as a Project Manager at Espoon kaupunki - City of Espoo, where they were responsible for design, implementation, project management and reporting of the customer relationship management project. In 2020, they took a break to find their next great career move and develop their own skills. Currently, they are a Senior Quality Manager at Aito, ensuring product and process quality standards by identifying deficiencies, developing corrective actions and implementing quality control systems. Esko is also a BI Analyst at Digia Plc, expanding their expertise in analytics, working on various data, databases, data management and analysis methods, applications and visualizations. Additionally, they are participating in the AnalyticsPro recruitment training program organized by Saranen, which focuses on the basics of learning, such as Power BI, machine learning, Python, SQL and cloud technologies.

Esko Anetjärvi obtained their M.Sc. in Physics from the University of Turku between 1989 and 1994. In 2020, they obtained two additional certifications: Digimarkkinoinnin perusteet from The Open University in October, and Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki in May.
