Andrew Staller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew started their career as a Data Analyst Intern at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean & Solutions in 2012. Andrew then worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Hobbs & Towne, Inc., where they engaged with high-level executives on search projects for various companies. In 2016, they joined Timescale and held roles in Business Development, Growth Marketing, and Director of Sales. During their time at Timescale, they were responsible for driving pipeline through demand generation programs and modernizing the company's blog. In 2020, Andrew co-founded Bebops Donuts, a D2C brand that tested multiple sales channels and grew organically through social media and word of mouth. Currently, Andrew works at Aiven, where they have held roles such as Account Executive, Partner Sales Manager, Director of Partner Sales, and Director of New Accounts. Andrew'sresponsibilities include sales leadership, partner development, and executing global partner sales strategies.

Andrew Staller attended Bernards High School from 2008 to 2011. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2015. During their undergraduate studies, in 2013, they also took coursework in International Political Economy at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
