Sampsa Lindroos

Sampsa Lindroos has a long and varied work experience. Sampsa began their career in 2008 as a Business Development Trainee and Thesis worker at Digita Oy. In 2010, they joined Meltwater Group as a Sales Consultant, then was promoted to Sales Manager and Business Development Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Fluido - We bring customer data to life, starting as a Manager, Digital Marketing Solutions and eventually becoming Practice Director, Digital Marketing Solutions. In 2018, they joined Vainu as Head of Clients, where they were responsible for 2000 customers, created an Enterprise business unit, and implemented a new customer management process. In 2019, they joined MongoDB as an Enterprise Account Executive and was responsible for five strategic enterprise customers. Finally, in 2020, they joined Aiven as Vice President of Sales EMEA, Vice President of Sales, APAC, and Regional Sales Director for North and Central Europe, as well as Strategic Account Director.

Sampsa Lindroos completed a Master of Science in Engineering in Communication Engineering at Aalto University from 2004 to 2009. Sampsa also attended the National University of Singapore from 2006 to 2007, studying Engineering & Business.
