Erika Liston has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. In 2011, they began their career as a Private English Tutor at UAUS Education & Technology Development Co. and Business Development & Project Manager at Larkin Trade International LLC (LTI). In 2014, they became an Inside Sales Representative- B2B at Imperial Tobacco. In 2015, they worked as a Business Development Lead and Business Development Manager (B2B) at Kangaroo Rewards. In 2016, they took on roles as an Admissions & Recruiting Consultant at Remote Year and Admissions & Recruiting Manager at We Roam. In 2017, they became a Lead Sales Recruiter EMEA at Houzz, where they also held the role of Account Executive UK & Ireland and Team Lead. In 2019, they began working at OYO as a Talent Acquisition Lead for Central Europe & Emerging Markets and Talent Acquisition Lead D-A-CH. In 2020, they joined Mollie as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Most recently, in 2022, they became Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Aiven.

Erika Liston received a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Concordia University, which they completed in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Collège LaSalle, Montréal, where they obtained an AEC Special Care Counseling in Education/Teaching of Individuals in Early Childhood Special Education Programs, which they completed in 2010.
