🌈 Holger Hammel

Holger Hammel has held various roles in the software engineering industry since 2000. 🌈 Holger began their career as a Software Developer at mpt new media in 2000. In 2002, they moved to unitb technology GmbH in the same role. In 2004, they became a Freelancer Software Engineer and also founded Jubik / Hiwave - Startups. 🌈 Holger then returned to mobile.international GmbH in 2009 as a Software Engineer, and in 2011 they were promoted to Lead mobile apps. In 2013, they joined eBay as an eBay Agile Transformation Lead and Senior Engineering Manager - software development - eBay. In 2018, they were appointed VP Software Engineering at OneFootball, and most recently in 2022 they became VP Engineering at Aiven, where they hehelprganizations fuel the continuous innovation needed to create awesome, data-intensive applications by using the leading open source technologies.

Holger Hammel obtained a Diplom Informatiker (~ Master) in Computer Science from the Technische Universität Berlin between 1999 and 2004. 🌈 Holger also holds certifications from Kanban University in Kanban Coaching Practices and Kanban Maturity Model, which were obtained in November 2022.
