Job description

As Account Executive (México), you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining business relationships with existing clients by following up to understand their needs and interests.

The Account Executive will be essential to the growth of the company and the achievement of the objectives of the sales department as he will be in charge of presenting other products and services. As an essential part of the team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources to meet the assigned quotas for their role. This role will focus on Mexico for enterprise accounts, corporate conglomerates, and upper-mid-market.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain client relationships

  • Turn commercial leads into closed deals

  • Keep adequate use of CRM tools and commercial processes

  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

  • Prospecting new clients

  • Colaborate with de strategic plan

  • Pipeline generation in target accounts

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of commercial experience (B2B, SaaS)
  • Experience with Spin Selling, Solution Sales, etc.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce)
  • Experience with pipeline and forecast management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
  • Strong skills in client-facing presentations and product demos
  • Knowledge of the enterprise business in Mexico/Centroamerica/Money market
  • Bilingual proficiency with excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish
