Product Designer Specialist

At Aivo-Engageware, we are seeking a Product Design Specialist who can contribute to defining and enhancing the identity of our products. Your role will involve collaborating with product owners to shape the visual identity and direction of our innovative products, as well as analyzing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge branding, design, and user experience decisions for Aivo-Engageware’s offerings.

🌎This role is open in Argentina (Relación de dependencia) or Mexico (Contractors)

Your daily challenges and responsibilities will be

• Colaborate with product, development, and Marketing teams to define and execute the user experience across our platforms.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that reflect the product's intent and needs.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify issues and opportunities for improvement in our products.

• Rapidly iterate based on user and team feedback to enhance the user experience continuously.

• Maintain and improve visual design, ensuring consistency and adherence to the company's style guidelines.

Knowledge

• Demonstrable experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the SaaS field.

• Competence in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar (Figma excluded).

• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and experience in creating interactive prototypes.

• Ability to work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Provide a previous work portfolio showing your design process and the results obtained.

• Layout skills in HTML + CSS

Requirement

• Advance students, o professionals in Advertising, Multimedia Disign, Graphic Design or related carreers.

• Advance English.
