Francis D. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Francis began their career as an Analysis Engineer at GERI - Matignon in 1991. Francis then moved on to work as an IT Project Manager at XTECH from 1994 to 1997. Francis then joined Business & Decision as a Project Director, where they provided project management and consulting services to major clients. In 2000, they joined SAS France as a Business Value Developer, focusing on portfolio development and pre-sales project management for major accounts. In 2014, they joined SOLADIS as a Business & Innovation Manager and Soladis Digital Manager, where they were responsible for structuring innovation strategies, developing the digital department, and identifying disruptive opportunities for business growth. From 2019 to 2022, Francis worked at EFOR as a Responsable Développement / COO. Currently, they are working as the Chief Operating Officer of AIXIAL GROUP, where they provide management and leadership to align with the company's business plan and strategic vision, as well as driving operational and financial results.

Francis D. completed a DUT degree in Informatique from Université Paris Cité from 1990 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Maitrise DIGWX degree in Communications, IT, and Economics at CIF Ile-De-France from 1992 to 1993.
