Ryan Meredith

Ryan Meredith currently serves as Principal of Asset Management & Operations at AJ Capital Partners, where responsibilities include overseeing asset management and leading the establishment of a new in-house management company. Previously, Ryan held the position of Senior Vice President of Asset Management, managing a diverse $5.3 billion portfolio encompassing hotels, resorts, residential and commercial properties. At Ryman Hospitality Properties, Ryan served as Vice President of Asset Management, directing budgeting and strategic planning for a portfolio of over 10,400 rooms. Additional roles include Executive Director of Operations Analysis at Gaylord Entertainment and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at VGT. Ryan began a career in analysis at the Tennessee Valley Authority as a Rates & Pricing Analyst. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance & History from Western Kentucky University and an MBA in Management from Vanderbilt University.
