Jisoo Kim

Jisoo Kim is a skilled food scientist with extensive experience in the food industry, currently employed at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jisoo worked at Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc. from July 2020 to September 2022, and at Flavor Insights in various capacities as a Regulatory Assistant and Flavorist Assistant from November 2019 to September 2019. Jisoo's early experience includes an internship in olive oil production at Olica and an internship at the 13th Annual UC Davis Pre-Medical & Pre-Health Professionals National Conference.
