Sr. Client Relationship Manager - Equitable Access at Akademos

Esther Go has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Esther began their career as a Teacher and Program Director for the Chinese American Parents Association. In 2013, they became Assistant to Director Joseph Cuomo at Queens College, where they coordinated and assisted in event set-up and clean-up, and accompanied prominent guest speakers and high profile authors. In 2014, they worked as a Student Caller for Wilson-Bennett Technology, Inc. From 2016 to 2020, they held roles at McGraw-Hill Education as a Learning Technology Representative and Editorial Portfolio Coordinator. Most recently, they have been working as a Client Success Manager - Equitable Access Program at Akademos, Inc. where they create, improves, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and processes for onboarding and managing clients participating in the Equitable Access program. Esther also develops, executes, and manages comprehensive transition and launch plans for new accounts, and partners with key stakeholders to achieve adoption compliance rate of 90% or higher.

Esther Go attended Bronx High School of Science from 2008 to 2012, graduating with a High School Diploma- Regents Mastery. Esther then attended Queens College from 2012 to 2016, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts - BA, Cum laude in English and Business.
