Rob Foster

Mr. Foster has more than 30 years of experience in managing large multidisciplinary environmental contracts and projects for government clients and various state and local government agencies. He has particular experience in compliance inspections and site assessments to support envorcement, property transfer, and development projects, and has serviced as key technical environmental and quality control reviewer on many individual projects under federal and state government contracts, as well as private sector industrial and site development projects.

He studied BS Environmental Engineering from Brown University.
