Louben Dorval

Louben Dorval, PhD, currently serves as a Preclinical Scientist at Akero Therapeutics, where the focus lies on advancing therapeutic approaches for opioid addiction and tolerance. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at the University of Rochester Medical Center, emphasizing independent research in cellular and animal models. Additional positions held include a Pearson Student Advisor, where Louben contributed to global learning initiatives, and a Biological Science Technician at Broward College, assisting in laboratory preparations for biological and chemistry classes.
