Jillian Atstupenas

Jillian Atstupenas has a diverse work experience, ranging from legal roles to compliance and privacy positions. Jillian is currently working as the Director of Compliance and Privacy at Akili Interactive starting in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Takeda from 2020 to 2021 as an Advisory Senior Manager in Ethics and Compliance. From 2015 to 2020, they held various roles at Oxford Immunotec, including Senior Manager of Global Compliance and Compliance Manager. Before that, they worked as a Conflicts of Interest Specialist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from 2013 to 2015. Jillian also has experience as a Compliance Program Associate Manager/Attorney at Zimmer from 2012 to 2013. In their earlier career, they worked as an Attorney at Lustig, Glaser & Wilson, P.C. from 2011 to 2012 and as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Jeffrey Glassman in 2010. Jillian gained legal experience as a Legal Intern at the US Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges in 2009 and as a Law Clerk at Mental Health Legal Advisors Committee in the same year. Jillian completed their law studies as a Student Attorney at New England School of Law, Public Interest Clinic in 2008.

Jillian Atstupenas obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from New England Law | Boston, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Roger Williams University from 2003 to 2007. Jillian also obtained several certifications, including U.S. Healthcare Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law in October 2017, as well as being certified in Healthcare Compliance in June 2013. Additionally, they were admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December 2010 and the New Hampshire Bar in November 2010.
