Sergey Molotkov

Sergey Molotkov's work experience began in 2003 with their role as the Regional Productivity Team Lead for North Europe at AkzoNobel. In 2022, they became the Country IT Director for Russia at the same company. From 2008 to 2010, Sergey worked as a Senior Lecturer at Moscow State Institute of Electronic Engineering (Technical University).

Sergey Molotkov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Technologies/Engineering from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET) in 2005. Sergey went on to earn a Ph.D. in Business Economics for Managers from the same university in 2008. Sergey also holds certifications in CIAP - Green Belt from the International Standard for Lean Six Sigma (ISLSS) and SL 1, SL 2, MEP cycle from CBSD Thunderbird Russia. Additionally, Sergey has completed Deutsche A1 language certification from the Goethe-Institut e.V.
