Yashodhara Bapat has a diverse work experience in legal and compliance roles. Yashodhara worked as a Team Lead at AkzoNobel, managing a team responsible for HR operations, legal operations, and treasury operations. Yashodhara also served as a Team Lead at Axilor Ventures, where they led the legal and compliance team, handling legal aspects of investments and fund compliances. Yashodhara previously worked at Trilegal as a Senior Consultant, heading the corporate secretarial practice and handling various matters related to entity formation, mergers, and government liaison. Prior to that, they worked as an independent consultant, providing advisory services on corporate matters, including entity formation, compliance, mergers, and representing clients before regulatory bodies.

Yashodhara Bapat obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Brihan Maharashtra College Of Commerce from 2006 to 2009. In addition, they have earned a Diploma in Internal Audit from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2017 and became a Company Secretary in 2010 from the same institution.
