Su Corkeron

Su Corkeron serves as the Group Chief People Officer and Group Senior Director of HR Transformation at Al Dahra, a leading agribusiness focused on the cultivation and trading of essential food commodities. Prior to joining Al Dahra in October 2023, Su founded Evolve, a consultancy dedicated to HR transformation and organizational culture in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Experience includes roles as HR Leader for MENA at Weatherford and extensive HR leadership positions at GE across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Buckinghamshire New University, a Diploma in Business Management from Cromwell UK, and various leadership and organizational leadership credentials from esteemed institutions, including Harvard Business School.
