Arzé Sakhat

Arzé Sakhat has a comprehensive work history in the field of human resources. Arzé is currently the Head of Human Resources at Al Nasr Contracting, starting in February 2023. Prior to their current role, they served as the Head of HR & Organizational Development at Debbas Group from May 2020 to January 2023. Arzé also held the position of Head of Human Resources at ROADSTER DINER & Deek Duke from September 2016 to June 2020. Arzé was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Zaatar W Zeit from September 2016 to April 2019. Additionally, Arzé worked as a Talent Development Manager at Debbas Group from January 2010 to August 2016 and as a Human Resources Officer at SAKR HOLDING from March 2006 to December 2009. Arzé also volunteered at the Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE) in 2009.

Arzé Sakhat earned a PGD in Organisational Leadership from the University of Oxford in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they completed their Maitrise degree in Translation at Holy Spirit University of Kaslik - USEK from 2001 to 2005. In addition, Arzé obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL in 2014. Finally, they pursued a further specialization in Human Resources Management through the PHR/SPHR program at the SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management).
