Cheryl R. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Alamance County Government since April 2018, Cheryl R. collaborates closely with the HR Director and Assistant County Manager to create and implement departmental plans aimed at identifying needs and establishing actionable outcomes. Prior to this role, Cheryl R. spent over a decade at Sports Endeavors, where positions included Total Rewards & Benefits Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. In these roles, responsibilities included managing employee benefits, overseeing HR functions, and developing cost-effective benefit programs, as well as initiating the "Healthy Endeavors" employee wellness program. Cheryl R. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Psychology, and Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
