Dr. Shirley Clem

Dr. Shirley Clem is currently the Director of Continuous Improvement at the Alameda County Office of Education. Prior to this role, Dr. Clem served as the Principal at Wagner Ranch Elementary School in the Orinda Union School District. With a background in education leadership and administration, Dr. Clem has held various positions in schools within different districts, including roles as a Coordinator of Elementary Education, Vice Principal, Principal, and Teacher. Dr. Clem also has experience in coaching and childcare services. Dr. Clem holds a Doctor of Education degree and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and Administration.
