Tim Harding, SPHR has over 35 years of experience in human resources management. Tim served as the Corporate HR Director, Total Rewards & Systems at Alamo Group Inc. where they led the Total Rewards and Systems programs for the organization. Prior to that, they held various roles at the City of San Antonio, including HR Manager, overseeing HR service delivery for the city. Tim also worked at HQ USAF Personnel Center as the Supt, Force Development Division, managing employee selection for educational institutions. At the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine, they were a Senior Human Resources Manager responsible for implementing HR programs. During their time in the United States Air Force, they served as a Human Resources Manager and Supervisor, providing HR support to various locations and establishing an employee and resource protection organization.

Tim Harding, SPHR holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Wayland Baptist University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Tim has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2008, they became a Certified Corporate Trainer through San Antonio College (SAC). Later in 2014, they achieved Lean Mastery from the Small Business Development Center at Kent State University at Tuscarawas. Finally, Tim obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in June 2015. Although the exact timing is not mentioned, they also hold the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
