Adhy Prasetiya

Adhy Prasetiya is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner Manager at PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk since October 2024, Adhy previously held the position of OD, Reward & HRMS Manager at PT. J Resources Nusantara from March 2013 to October 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing organizational effectiveness and designing rewards programs. Prior to this, Adhy's career spanned multiple HR positions at PT BUKIT MAKMUR MANDIRI UTAMA, focusing on talent management, ERP implementation, and site-level HR oversight. Adhy began a career in training and development at PT. Sinar Sosro and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
