Melissa Paysinger

Melissa joined Alana Healthcare in June 2012 as a field respiratory therapist. She has since been promoted throughout the years with the company into her current position of Regional Director of Operations since 2017. Melissa has proven to be successful in this role ensuring quality of operations with her leadership abilities. Melissa graduated with her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Respiratory Therapy from Walters State Community College in May of 2007; where she received the Respiratory Achievement Award. In 2019 she successfully passed her CSE through the NBRC achieving her Registered Respiratory Therapy credentials. She is a member of the National Board of Respiratory Care and American Association for Respiratory Care.
