Daniel Strickland has worked in the marketing and communications field for over 25 years. Daniel began their career in 1994 as a Senior Technical & Marcomm Writer for Microsoft & MAJIQ Systems, Inc. In 2000, they joined Champion Visions World as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Corporate Communications, where they negotiated distribution and sales deals for media properties, targeting youth and extreme-sports markets in Japan and North America. Daniel also created company-wide marketing, PR, and publicity promotions and expansion strategies. In 2006, they moved to VAS Entertainment as Senior Vice President of Content Acquisitions & Communications, where they helped launch an office in Japan and developed the infrastructure of the business unit. In 2009, they joined Contour, LLC. as the Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications, where they developed GTM strategies and implemented 15 global media partnerships. In 2013, they co-founded LucidMedia and served as the Chief Marketing Officer, producing content, relying on a team of 7 award-winning creatives, directors, and content producers. In 2015, they joined Seam Technic as Vice President of Marketing, where they developed brand identity and "Digital First" GTM strategies. In 2018, they joined Casa Center for Positive Social Change as a Mindfulness Teacher, teaching mindfulness and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum to at-risk, low-income K-12 students. In 2019, they joined Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services as National Director of Marketing, collaborating with the executive leadership team to set long-term, enterprise-wide marketing and demand gen strategy and tactics. Currently, Daniel Strickland is the Vice President of Marketing at Alanté, where they lead the executive team in developing, executing, and reporting on omnichannel marketing, advertising, and brand strategies and tactics across multiple integrated healthcare business lines.

Daniel Strickland obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Evergreen State College.
