Lars Skaarup Grundahl

Lars Skaarup Grundahl has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lars is currently working as a Vice President in M&A at Alantra, a global mid-market investment banking firm. In this role, they are part of the Nordic team based in Copenhagen and Stockholm, collaborating with specialized sector teams to maximize value for clients.

Prior to joining Alantra, Lars worked as a Group Strategy Manager at KMD, a leading supplier of business-critical software and IT services. Lars was responsible for executing various strategy projects within the Group Strategy & M&A team. During their time at KMD, they also worked with subsidiaries such as Banqsoft, Edlund, and Charlie Tango.

Before KMD, Lars worked at PwC, where they started as an Analyst and eventually became a Manager in Corporate Finance (M&A). Lars primarily worked with partners focusing on small and medium-sized companies, closing over 160 deals during their time at PwC.

Additionally, Lars has previous experience as a Course Instructor in Basic & Advanced Excel at Djøf, an Analyst in Business Analysis & Performance Management at Danske Bank, and a Teaching Assistant in Financial Accounting at Aarhus BSS.
