Franziska Fleischer has extensive work experience in the field of Customer Success. Franziska currently holds the position of Customer Success Director EMEA at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where they are responsible for building a Customer Success business and shaping the transformation of the business model to software-as-a-service (SaaS). Franziska'srole involves introducing new SaaS offerings and driving digital transformation for customers.

Prior to their current role, Franziska worked as an Independent Consultant on customer success strategy for Alasco, a Munich-based company focused on creating higher quality and affordable housing.

Before that, Franziska worked at Autodesk, where they held various roles in Customer Success. Franziska served as the Leader of Customer Success EMEA, leading a team of managers and Customer Success Managers across European countries. Franziska also worked as a Senior Manager, leading a team of Customer Success Managers in Central and South Europe, and as a Team Manager, managing a team of account managers during Autodesk's business model transformation.

Franziska's experience at Autodesk also includes roles such as Premium Support Services Manager for Central and South Europe, where they were responsible for increasing revenue and maximizing customer success, and Central & Southern Europe Team Leader.

In addition to their tenure at Autodesk, Franziska has previous work experience as an Application Engineer at Bentley Systems, an Account Manager Germany at Transoft Solutions Inc., and as an Intern at Bayer and GfK Marketing Services.
