Gabriella Kurz

Gabriella Kurz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marine biology and recruitment. Currently serving as a Recruiter/Admin at Alaskan Observers, Inc. since August 2022, Gabriella previously held the positions of Lead Observer and Observer within the same organization from April 2016 to May 2022. Gabriella's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Marine Biology from the University of Washington, attained between 2013 and 2015, and an Associate of Science in General studies from Walla Walla Community College completed in 2013. Additionally, Gabriella participated in a summer research course on marine birds and mammals at the University of Washington's Friday Harbor Labs in 2014, focusing on Harbor Seals in the Salish Sea.
