Joy Chakraborty

Joy Chakraborty has over 15 years of experience in various engineering roles. Joy has worked as a Senior Project Lead at Albemarle Corporation since January 2024. Prior to that, they served as a Study Lead at the same company from May 2023 to February 2024. Before joining Albemarle Corporation, Joy worked at Worley as a Senior Project Engineer from December 2021 to May 2023. Joy was also Seconded from Worley to Wesfarmers, where they worked as a Study Manager during the same period. From April 2021 to December 2021, Joy worked as a Senior Project Engineer on secondment for Santos Ltd. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Project Engineer at EDG from October 2019 to December 2021. Joy has also worked as a Project Engineer at SIEMENS Mobility sa/nv from March 2019 to September 2019. Joy started their career as an Engineer at Nihar Associates in January 2019 and later joined WorleyParsons as a Senior Project Engineer in January 2011. Before that, they worked as a Planning Engineer for Qatar Engineering & Construction Co. W.L.L. from February 2008 to December 2010 and as a Planner for Alstom Power from June 2006 to January 2008.

Joy Chakraborty completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial Engineering from Viveswariah Technical University between 1998 and 2002.
