Timitra Hildebrand-Jones

Timitra Hildebrand-Jones has extensive experience in leadership roles within the field of human resources and diversity and inclusion. Timitra is currently serving as the VP of Culture & Chief Diversity Officer at Albemarle Corporation since November 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Trane Technologies from March 2020 to November 2020. Timitra also worked at Ingersoll Rand, where they served as the Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion from March 2019 to February 2020, Global HR Director from January 2014 to February 2019, and HR Business Partner from October 2006 to December 2013. Timitra'sprevious roles include Human Resources Manager at Lincoln Financial Group from September 2005 to October 2006, and Human Resources Generalist at GMAC Insurance from August 2004 to September 2005. Timitra started their career at Bank of America, where they worked as an HR Analyst / Personnel Advisor from May 2001 to August 2004 and as a Credit / Collections Supervisor from September 1996 to May 2001.

Timitra Hildebrand-Jones has a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. Timitra also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
