Colleen Krause

Colleen Krause, MA, has extensive experience in education and community engagement, currently serving as a Site Substitute Teacher at Northmont Elementary School since March 2022 and as a Substitute Teacher at ALBERT EINSTEIN ACADEMIES since October 2021. Previously, Colleen held key roles such as Director of Community Education & Innovation at the Otto Family Foundation and Program Manager for Family Education Programs at the International Rescue Committee, where Colleen managed strategic and academic operations. Additionally, Colleen's experience includes serving on the board of the San Diego Women's Foundation, resource management at IT Convergence, and teaching French at Winnequah Middle School, where Colleen significantly increased student enrollment. Colleen holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
