Serge Masle

Serge Masle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, quality, and environment (HSQE) management. Currently serving as the Global Health & Safety Director for Albioma since January 2023, Serge previously held the position of HSQE Director at ISS France from January 2022 to January 2023. From April 2005 to December 2021, Serge served as QHSE Manager and Director at Groupe Bouygues, contributing to operational excellence and transformation. Prior experience includes roles as HSE Consultant at Ayming and HSE Specialist at ELAN (Bouygues Construction), as well as significant tenures at Bouygues Construction and Colas (SMAC). Serge's educational background includes certifications in Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma from CentraleSupélec and a DUT in QHSE from Essel.
