Siddharth Sonowal has worked for three companies in the past. siddharth began their career in 2018 as an Operations Executive for Rapido - India's Largest Bike Taxi. In 2020, they moved to Access Livelihoods Consulting India Ltd. as a Project Manager. siddharth currently works for Access Livelihoods as a Cluster Head, a role they have held since 2022.

Siddharth Sonowal obtained their High School diploma from Gurukul Grammar Senior Secondary School in 2012. siddharth then attended the Institute of Computer Accountants, where they received an Associate's Degree in Accounting Technology/Technician and Bookkeeping in 2013. siddharth then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Management Services Careers, which they completed in 2018. In 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Udemy. siddharth also completed a Master's program for Data Scientist from Simplilearn and a Post graduate program in Social Entrepreneurship from Transforming India Initiative, both in 2020.
