Natalie Rocks

Natalie joined Alcentra in January 2006 and is a Managing Director and the Head of Change Management. Natalie’s team are responsible for delivering complex transformational business programmes and large-scale operational, investment and regulatory projects globally across the business. Natalie sits on a number of internal committees and prior to Alcentra Natalie worked for JP Morgan within their Structured Finance business. Natalie was also recently been a participant at the prestigious Cambridge Rising Women’s Leaders Programme.
