James Mallorie has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. James is currently working as the Director - Digital Products at Alchemy Global Solutions since May 2023. James also founded and managed a boutique web agency called BORN4DIGITAL from March 2010 to February 2016, where they successfully developed and managed over 30 websites. James started their career as a Project Manager at Redweb from June 2008 to March 2010.

James Mallorie attended Bournemouth University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a 2.1 degree in Software Engineering Management. During the same period, they also attended the Cisco Networking Academy, specializing in Cisco CCNA networking and IT hardware. James completed a degree in Internet & Web Development at Bournemouth University from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, in 2002 and 2003, they pursued a Computing & Internet Technology degree at BAP Collage. James Mallorie has several certifications, including Certified Scrum Master PSM and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum.org in 2019, PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from the Project Management Institute in 2010, APM Project Management from the Association for Project Management in 2009, UK security clearance (CTC, BC, & SC) from the UK Ministry of Defence in 2008, and Cisco Hardware Essentials and Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) from Cisco in 2004.
