Kirstin Lanyon (née Lovas) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, service operations, and customer experience improvement. Currently serving as Director of Strategy & Service Operations at Alchemy Digital Solutions, Kirstin is responsible for business development, key account management, and transformation service offerings. Previous roles include Principal Consultant across various consulting positions, as well as Executive Manager at nbn™ Australia, where Kirstin transformed the Business customer experience and led a significant operational strategy team.
