Jeff Lutz

Jeff Lutz has accumulated extensive experience at Alcoa Warrick Operations since June 1998, advancing through various roles including Potroom Shift Supervisor, Cathode Supervisor, and Aluminum Services Production Coordinator. In current responsibilities as Potroom Shift Supervisor, Jeff oversees safety and production for a significant team of union workers. Prior to Alcoa, Jeff served as Lead Assessor at Toyota, managing operations at the assessment center. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science and History from Murray State University, earned between 1990 and 1993.
