Emma Christie is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational change across various sectors. Currently serving as General Manager - People at ABN Group since March 2024, Emma held positions such as Strategic People Advisor at CBM Christian Blind Mission and Head of People – APAC at Iress, where notable contributions included navigating significant organizational changes and developing robust employee communications plans. Prior to these roles, Emma was the Head of People Experience at AustralianSuper, overseeing significant workforce growth, and HR Director at PPB Advisory, contributing to the firm's strategic development. Other notable experiences include senior HR positions at ANZ, National Australia Bank, KordaMentha, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
