Paul So

Paul So is an accomplished organizational development professional currently serving as the Organizational Development Program Manager at The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario since April 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held various leadership positions at TELUS, where responsibilities included managing the Delivery and Design team as Training Manager. Additionally, Paul gained extensive experience at Rogers Communications over a span of 13 years, progressing through roles such as Senior Manager Escalations, Regional Training Manager, and Technical Facilitator. Early in their career, Paul was the Manager of Guest Relations for the Toronto Blue Jays. Educationally, Paul holds a Bachelor of Education from Brock University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University.
