Renee Richard

Renee Richard is an experienced Program Manager specializing in Organizational Development, currently serving the City of Ottawa since August 2021. Previously, Renee held multiple roles within the City of Ottawa, including Manager of Culture and Strategy and various positions in project management and community liaison from 2007 to 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a part-time professor at Algonquin College from 2008 to 2016, focusing on subjects such as Entrepreneurship and Customer Service. Renee has an extensive background in figure skating, having worked as a professional coach and skater, and holds a Master’s degree in Consultation & Intervention and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Ottawa.
